Find the right venue
A lot of people are able to site the marquee they require for their event at their home or at their work place (for corporate events), but if this is not an option there are many different places in Surrey that you could consider. Places including country houses, sports clubs, farms and local parks all have large areas of generally flat land that you can hire for such events.

The time of year and weather
Although Surrey has some of the finest weather in the country, it can still be unpredictable at any time of year. This being the case, using a marquee for your event can shield you from the elements whether it is rain, sun or wind to make sure your event is a success. 

If you require a marquee for an event in the winter months, the marquee can be equipped with a wooden floor to cover waterlogged surface and to prevent water seeping in form heavy rainfall. We can also supply you with either cabinet or indirect heating to make sure you and your guests stay warm.

If there are no toilet facilities available to use on site then it is advisable to hire some in. There are various types of portable toilet that you can hire in. For a small event you may wish to hire in single polyjohn units (tardis), if it is a large event you may want to consider hiring a toilet trailer which can be split into both male and female section.

Much like the toilets, if there is no power available on site you may have to hire in a generator. This can be important especially if you have on site caterers powering electric ovens and other electrical heating equipment. Generators come with various power outputs with the size dependant on your requirements.
