The 90’ x 70’ marquee would be used for the main exhibition hall allowing plenty of room for exhibitors to set up their stands and for the public to walk around. The 30’ x 30’ entrance canopy would be attached to the opening of the main marquee. This could be used for either a registration area or an area for refreshments to be served to visitors. 

To create a smart, business like impression the walls and roofs on the interior of both marquees would be covered in ivory linings, trimmed with coloured pelmet and drops which could be themed to your company’s colours.

For flooring we would install a custom built wooden floor covered in carpet. This not only looks smart, creating an office feel but provides a solid base for the exhibitions. It may be essential if the ground is particularly uneven or the ground has been affected by inclement weather. If you deem a wooden floor is not necessary we could provide a matted floor option.

Chandeliers would be used to illuminate both marquees. Using a dimmer switch the light intensity can be controlled to suit your needs.

For this size of marquee and occasion we would recommend gas cabinet heaters as they are small, unobtrusive, quiet and easily adjustable. A little tip when the weather is cold is to put the heaters on an hour or two before people are due to arrive to get a comfortable ambient temperature from the start.

Free standing screens would be used to divide the marquee into smaller sections creating a small cubicle for each individual exhibitor. Screens are ideal dividers as display material can easily be attached to them. The majority of the cubicles would be around the edge and with four in the middle. This would still allow plenty of room for visitors to walk round.

Each cubicle would be furnished with a trestle table and white bistro chairs for the exhibitors. In the entrance canopy, 3’ round tables and chairs will be placed for guests to sit down and enjoy refreshments or to just take the weight off their feet.

A generator and all cabling would be supplied to provide for all the necessary power requirements of the exhibitors for displays.

As people are likely to be at the exhibition all day, toilet facilities would be needed. Depending on your requirements the trailer would be of a suitable capacity to deal with numbers expected.
