The 70’ x 30’ marquee would be used for the main function of the presentation. The 20’ x 20’ entrance canopy would be attached to the opening of the main marquee. This could be used for either a registration area, displaying literature or to provide refreshments for your guests. Depending on it’s use, it can come with or without walls.
To create a smart, business like impression the walls and roofs on the interior of both marquees would be covered in linings. At one end of the main marquee (away from the entrance) we would use black out linings, to block out light allowing for PowerPoint demonstrations. The rest of the linings would be ivory trimmed with coloured pelmet and drops which could be themed to your company’s colours. You could however have the main marquee completely decked in black out linings if required.
For flooring we would install a custom built wooden floor covered in carpet. This not only looks smart and business like but would be more suitable for the footwear of your guests. It may be essential if the ground is particularly uneven or the ground has been affected by inclement weather. If you deem a wooden floor is not necessary we could provide a matted floor option.
A carpeted platform would be constructed at the black out end of the marquee. This is to help enable those sitting at the back of the main marquee to be able to clearly see the persons giving the presentation. Uplighters spread around the edge of the marquee would be used to provide lighting. Using a dimmer switch the light intensity can be controlled to suit the various proceedings of the presentation.
For this size of marquee and occasion we would recommend gas cabinet heaters as they are small, unobtrusive, quiet and easily adjustable. A little tip when the weather is cold is to put the heaters on an hour or two before people are due to arrive to get a comfortable ambient temperature from the start.
The chairs in the main marquee would be set up in rows in theatre style. This maximises the amount of space in the marquee for seating. Different types of chairs can be provided if required
There are other options not included in this example that you may require that we’d be more than happy to help you with. These could include toilet facilities, generators, audio and visual equipment, catering and much more
The 90’ x 70’ marquee would be used for the main exhibition hall allowing plenty of room for exhibitors to set up their stands and for the public to walk around. The 30’ x 30’ entrance canopy would be attached to the opening of the main marquee. This could be used for either a registration area or an area for refreshments to be served to visitors.

Free standing screens would be used to divide the marquee into smaller sections creating a small cubicle for each individual exhibitor. Screens are ideal dividers as display material can easily be attached to them. The majority of the cubicles would be around the edge and with four in the middle. This would still allow plenty of room for visitors to walk round.
Each cubicle would be furnished with a trestle table and white bistro chairs for the exhibitors. In the entrance canopy, 3’ round tables and chairs will be placed for guests to sit down and enjoy refreshments or to just take the weight off their feet.
A generator and all cabling would be supplied to provide for all the necessary power requirements of the exhibitors for displays.
As people are likely to be at the exhibition all day, toilet facilities would be needed. Depending on your requirements the trailer would be of a suitable capacity to deal with numbers expected.
