Do you only supply the marquee?

How long is your marquee hire period?

For weekend events the marquee is yours for both Saturday and Sunday, during the week the length of hire is by individual arrangement.

Can the marquees be opened up on warm days?

Yes, the walls can easily be opened and safely secured, we will demonstrate how to do this when your marquee is installed.

Do we need heaters?

Sometimes even in the middle of the summer it’s useful to have a heater, so budget for one just in case and make a decision in the week leading up to your event. Powerful heaters and hard flooring ensure warmth and a safe footing, especially important during winter marquee events.

What is the difference between lined and unlined marquees?

Lined marquees exude a sense of luxury and sophistication. The purpose of the lining is to conceal the PVC walls and marquee frame, creating an elegant and polished interior. For weddings and formal occasions, many clients prefer the opulence of a lined marquee. On the other hand, for functional or more relaxed events, unlined marquees are often favored. Our standard marquee erection schedule typically takes place on Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays before the event, with dismantling occurring on the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. This timeline allows ample preparation time for your event and ensures a seamless setup and takedown process. However, we are flexible and can accommodate special requirements in our timetable to meet your specific event needs. Whether you require an earlier or later setup or takedown, we are committed to working with you to make your event a success within your desired timeframe.

Can marquees be erected on uneven ground?

Absolutely, our marquees are designed to be versatile and adaptable, making it possible to set them up on uneven or sloping ground. In situations where the ground is steeper, we utilise adjustable platforms to create a level surface, ensuring a safe and stable setup.

Are your marquees storm-proof?

Each marquee in our inventory is specifically designed to withstand winds of up to 60mph. Additionally, we employ secure anchoring methods to further enhance the marquee's stability, providing you and your guests with a safe and worry-free experience even in adverse weather conditions.

Can a marquee be connected to a building?

Yes, our framed marquees can serve as extensions to existing buildings and can also be used as walkways.

Will your marquee damage our garden?

While setting up a marquee on grass, there might be temporary discoloration and flattening of the grass. However, rest assured that the grass swiftly recovers its original condition after the marquee is removed. We take utmost care to avoid any damage, particularly when flower beds are situated within the marquee area.
